The only thing I can think of is that imgedit.ocx may have some co-dependent or companion files that need to be installed in the same directory that imgedit.ocx resides in, but otherwise I don't know what is wrong. I remember having a .ocx file that would not install a certain machine, but it would install on other machines. Have you tired installing it on any other machine to rule out the machine compatibility issue?
