You have a problem with forum shopping? Tell me, if you were a NE corporate defendant in a Philadelphia trial where jurys are known for big civil awards, are you telling me you would not try to remove to a Federal Court?
It would be a derilection of duty for a lawyer to not seek a venue that was most advantageous to his/her client's needs.
Intrestingly enough, I thought you would have commented on the issue of jury consultants.
