Sorry been very busy lately. No, haven't found the cause yet but the form seems to be working now. One of the other programmers did some changes to the data source (we're using SQL pass thru) and whatever it was, it worked.

Basically, the app first opens the logon form (modal) then brings up the desktop then opens the main form (modeless). The main form has to be modeless so that we are also able to open the other supporting forms (company, contacts, etc. - all modal) which maintains the lookup tables for the main form.

As long as the main form works, we're happy. Maybe I'll find out what caused it one of these days :-)
