None that I can think of off-hand will seriously affect your program, i.e. everything should run as is, as the product is backward compatible to VFP5. There are of course a lot of improvements, new functionality, etc., that if applied, will prevent you from going back to VFP5.

Come to think of it, there was one function, I believe, where the parameter order has changed, but it was so minor (e.g. unlikely you used it much) that at the time I can't remember which one it was. Maybe somebody will chime in.
