Look wherer MS Ofice installs. See if you can find where and HLP or CHM files are kept. Then look for the help file on Excel. Since 97 and 2000 use the same model, I am hoping they kept the model in the Excel help file the way they have it in 2000.

Update: Even though I copied and pasted the URL from Office 2000, when you click it, it sends you to the XP page. There is also an object model there for Office 2000. However, I have XP installed at home, and an app I developed in VFP 6 and Office 2000, still works with VFP 7 and Excel and Word XP
