Hi gang!

I used SORT TO newfile ON myID and that put the table in the proper sequence. I chose that command over SELECT because it was less commands to accomplish the same thing. I did not want to use BROWSE in the .PRG because the .PRG does lots of things and I did not want to interrupt the program while it was running with a BROWSE, but I understand what you're saying. Thank you all for your help.
