I'd like to see a category started or maybe there is already an area setup for the discussion of webservices from within visual foxpro.

I have been playing with the webservices on xmethods.com. Most of them won't register within VFP 7 under the Intellisense/webservices and I only get a pretty broad error message. I have had getting a handful to register, but not understanding what the results are.

I think if there was a white paper or document out there, that as someone successfully uses a service using VFP and example of the code used (representing available methods with parameter types passed and returned result explained) would be very helpful as this becomes more popular.

So far, I can validate an zipcode / address combination, get the tempature for a zip code and get an html listing of current headlines from msn. But in the future I think there will be more and as the VFP community pitches in we can grow together.
