Replace the WSDL url with the WSDL url of the one that does not register. With your browser go to the WSDL url and display the XML. Near the end of the document you will find

"service name="

Use this value for the first parameter after the url.

as the second parameter. Now you can call methods as documented on the xMethods web page for this service. It will not be in Intellesence but it works!
