Comprehensive documentation of the differences between SQL-Server, VFP, and ANSI flavors of SQL? The best sources of this are the sessions given at the various conferences. Jim Duffy gave one at San Diego, and I think Chuck Urweiler gave a similar one before. Other than that, no, I haven't found a single source.
