I have the keynote in .ASF format, which is a compatible format. I will put it up on my server with the following caveat (and this applies to everyone else reading this thread):

Please download the keynote ONLY if you absolutely have to have it locally
because it is very large (>136MB) and it will kill my bandwidth if too many
people download it. Plus it will cost me money!

If you (meaning anyone but Chuck) want to download it, please drop me an
email so I can guage how many people are downloading it. Thanks.
