Well I run into the exact same problem a few weeks back. I was not able to store a second icon with the editor I was using (IconEditPro). Once I figured out that ImageEdit allowed to do this, I tried to find it on the web. However, I couldn't find it and had to restore the program from an old backup. The version I'm using is also dated 1992.

I only use ImageEdit to save the icon. You can still create the images in your favorite editor.
