>It can be. I haven't looked at the class closely enough, however, to make the determination as to whether or not the class uses it. Whether or not it's 128-bit depends on how the encryption key was obtain (what parameters were used). I'd make the SWAG that if it doesn't provide for you making this determination, you might be able to modify the class so that it does so.

I was thinking.. no, really, I was ...would it have to also depend on whether or not the high encryption is installed on the pc/server calling the routine at run-time?
