My question exactly. I don't think the correct msm's got included with vfp7.

If you notice that the msm description for the foxpro runtimes reads:

Microsoft Visual FoxPro 7 Runtimes Libraries.

And that the description for the help files reads

Microsoft Visual FoxPro HTML Help Support Library.

Maybe that msm is for 6.0, and the 7.0 msm aren't included because I'm assuming it should actually read:

Microsoft Visual Foxpro 7 HTML Help Support Library.

Just a guess.
