Anytime... I'm glad I could be of assistance.
BTW, your IS department WILL be doing themselves a disservice by going backwards to VB and Access. Access cannot handle the application you described in your original post. You will either need to use the FP or VFP tables and recreate the frontend, or go to a SQL backend.
VFP7 is an amazing tool... you may want to take a look at it.
