AFAIK, if the each client's printer is already a shared printer, then Terminal Server takes care of this automatically. You don't need to do anything. TS will use the UNC name and the current connection to access the local printer.
Ask the client's to configure the printer as shared and give it a share name. They don't need to share via TCPIP.
