In addition to the DLL, the runt-time libraries for VFP need to be located on the host machine - VFP6R.DLL/VFP6T.DLL, VFP6RUN.EXE, VFPR???.DLL (??? is three letter designation ENU English, DEU - German, FRA - French, etc.). Have you supplied these files to the ISP?

As for hosting, I don't know of any in Argentina. There are a few in the US that handle VFP. One in particular is http://www.shelbynet.com. You may be able to use them.
