>I have a timer event that regularly sends out e-mails to a variety of recipients. Some of these contain specially formatted text and some contain tables. In order to accomodate this with some degree of readability I was converting the info to html and then sending it in the message bodies. The users do now want to have to open an attachement to view the information. However, when I put the html as the message body, it is coming across as the html source code. Does anyone have a solution to this or give me a better idea of how to maintain readability (including bolding) without having to open an attachment? RTF won't work because some of the internet mail readers don't understand it. Suggestions?

Charles,

How are you sending your emails? If you are using Outlook automation, you store the text in the HTMBody property of the mail item (instead of the body property).

If you are using MAPI, someone else will have to jump in...
