Another point to go with that, Jim: every item in the list should be bookmarked (or "tagged"), i.e. make it easy to construct a URL that points directly to a particular entry, by appending #nnnn to the page's URL (where nnnn is the wish #). Incidentally, I find it difficult to locate this supposedly important document, which should be readily findable in the menus or somewhere obvious. Wherever this link is buried, I think it's too obscure, and I don't have the patience to search for it.
