For "minimal" install include following merge modules:

- Microsoft Visul C++ 7 Runtime Library (MSVCR70.msm)
- Microsoft Visual Foxpro 7 Runtime Libraries (vfp7runtime.msm)

You would only need one of the VFP runtime resource libraries if you are using localized version.
