Title:
Signing a VFP-EXE-file with a Verisign certificate
We are about to apply for a "Designed for WinXP"-logo. To get the logo we have to sign all EXE-, and DLL files with a certificate.
When I am trying to sign my Fox Exe file with a Versign key, the
signing process succeeds and I now have a signed Executable file with our
digital sertificate.. BUT if I start the exe file the application tries to
start up, but it opens a dialog asking for the compiled fox files (.fxp) ?
If I do not sign my exe file it starts without problems.
Anyone familiar with Verisign and the signing of excutable files and digital
sertificates ?
Does Anyone know how I can sign a fox file and get this to work?
Thanks in advance.
Jostein
