It has been a while that I used it. Let's see if I remember. It goes something like this:
Add a TreeView and an ImageList to your form.
Add one or more images to the ImageList.
Go to the TreeView, and, somewhere in the properties, assign the ImageList. That is to tell the TreeView where to get images from.
Somewhere in code, you can assign an image to a node. By number, I think.
