Hi Alex, Thanks for your encouragment. I think almost met all things you described in your response: dressing well, being polite, literature from my job, indee I had a letter from my company CEO stating the company was sending me to a conference, that they would be responsibles for my expenses, etc. But even so I didn't make it. Well, think I'll have to keep trying.
