What I mean is this:

When the text in a column, IN RUN TIME, is too small to fit entirely in the
column, you would see:

"this is a te...."

in the column. If you then double click on the space between the column's
header and the column next to it, the column automatcally resizes to
display the full text, so you would see:

"this is a test"

This is all in run time. I want to achieve this functionality in run time
programmitcally.
