Ok, Joel, I would try to install TX by hand (copy the files from \Program Files\Common Files\DBS\TX\TX32 into your client's computer and register tx4ole.ocx [leaving it out of the setup, of course] - I remember having done that in the past in a renitent PC with my TX version [7]). If that fails, I would follow Cláudio's suggestion to look for a bad version of the dependent-on .dlls installed in your client's machine.
