I've seen this bandied about (isn't that a great phrase?) before, but I need a little help on how this all happened.

I have some old code with an ERROR method that traps for errors 1585 and 1595 and runs some custom conflict resolution code. This method was thoroughly tested in that code and does fire for those clients still running it. When re-compiled under VFP6 and 7, no error is generated. TableUpdate() simply returns .F.

When did this change happen? Is there a way I can mke it function as it previously did? If not, I'll have to build a wrapper for TableUpdate() and change calls scattered throughout the project to the new wrapper function. I'd rather not mess with this old source code.

PS I did find Thread #531740, which mentions this happening, but not when or why the change occurred nor if there is a way to make it function as it used to.
