I got a freeware to list out all running process.

http://www.geocities.com/catjokehk/dllview.zip

This dllView also can list out what dll files called from process.

Accuately, you need to check out the registry and win.ini for auto-run process.
The weak wait for chance, The strong bid for chance,
The clever notch up chance, but The merciful give you chance.
