"A" asks a question, "B" answers that "C" published something in FAQ or Downloads. "A" wants to assign points, for their help, both to "B" and to "C", but there is currently no way to assign credit (points) to "C". And "C", who may have written some complex class, is often the one who deserves the greatest credit.
