The encrypted setting is used so that people simply can't open the EXE in something like NotePad and see your code. Code contained in VCXs can be viewed very clearly. Unless, you go through your VCXs and clear the Methods field before compiling the application, it is simply embedded in your EXE with no effort to hide it.
