As I said, you miss the point. Fighting terrorism is not a military action. Your military may be able to defeat an army & even a country, but it does not have the ability to change what is in the minds of the individuals in those armies & countries.

Fighting peoples attitudes is not something that the military can do & unless you change their attitudes, you will never defeat terrorism. Doesn't need telepathy to know that, just plain common sense, which seems to be in short
supply in your government & mine.
