That is my sense of it.

Not being a Muslem, or having more than recently acquired reading knowledge of their literature (which is very interesting and revealing, by the way), I can only hope you are right. If you are not then a lot of people will die, because the views of the extremists are not in any way compatible with the western world freedoms and/or lifestyle. There does not appear to be any grounds for peacful co-existance. One side or the other will be destroyed.
