It so easy to commit a terrorist act - how difficult would it be to get hold of a gun in your country & go into a public place & shoot people ? How difficult would it be to drive a car into a petrol tanker in the middle of a town ?
You don't need to do something on a large scale, lots of small scale events can get people just as scared - and that's what terrorism is all about.
Don't forget that this is a war on terrorism, not only on Muslim fundamentalists - they're only a small part of the problem - will bombing Afghanistan, stop the next Timothy McVeigh ?
