Herein lies your problem. You can't look at a Muslim and determine whether or not he's a threat to you. So you, in the tradition of Chicken Little, declare "the sky is falling, the sky is falling" and say that all Muslims are bad.

Eau contraire, mon ami! Obviously you don't give a rat's ass about the Muslim lives that could be lost by a "kill 'em all and let Allah sort them out" attitude. We should be concerned about everyone's lives - whether they be Christian, Muslim or otherwise. This is not a Christian vs Muslim fight. This is American/free democratic nations vs al-Qaeda.
