Mike,
First do:
MODIFY COMMAND "C:\PROGRAM FILES\junk.prg"
then
MODIFY COMMAND "C:\PROGRAM

When you type the space after PROGRAM you'll get the rest inserted - most disconcerting if you really wanted "C:\PROGRAM FILES\good_one.prg" !
