Where should I put READ EVENTS in main?

So what you are saying is that READ EVENTS and all code in the essence are read into memory but not executed until the CLEAR EVENTS is issued? If that is the case, then putting commands before the DO FORM to check some file information or have another form run first would function just like having one form call another and so on... just so before the QUIT where ever it might be located, I issue a CLEAR EVENTS?!?!
