Check your memory setting on the executable. (rt. click/Properties) if you have no extended memory allocated or the "Uses HMA" checkbox unset the foxpro loader will assume there is not enough memory and will try to load the old overlayed version which no one even loads anymore. It assumes you only have 640K memory.
