It could be similar to what we have with creating a New Message. I also think, that RE-directing by user's ID is practically useless, since we can not memorize Users' IDs. There should be some simple way of selecting user, but I'm not sure, what kind of control it could be...

I made a suggestion in my response to Michel about what kind of control could be used, but may be you can suggest something better...
