Network has to keep track of your locks, so it has to store them
somewhere. There _is_ some limit to it, I think it's user-level in
Novell. Just check it with your supervisor - I fail to remember how it
goes for 3.12, in 4.x you'd have to start NetAdmin or NWAdmin and change
settings for your account. Still, there'd have to be some limit, if not
500 or 1500, then 2000 or 3000.
Seems to be that changing the user settings won't do you much good - at
user's site you may not have the ability to change them, so you'd better
work around it.
