>This program expects the full version of VFP (with samples) to be installed on the machine, which checks for Word, right? It would not work with only run-time installation, would it?
As it is written, yes, it needs the full-blown version of VFP in order to find the Registry class library (or the registry.prg program for versions prior to VFP 6). However, once you compile the program, it's just like any other VFP program. It works just fine in a run-time environment. You just have to have a copy of the class library or the registry program.
