It has always been the case since the the last two years. This is not new. :) I believe we also state that IE is required in the main UT technical guideline as well as in the Magazine area.

The main reason to not support other browsers is the infrastructure. The current rates doesn't allow to do some of the work in double such as NS specific stylesheets, javascripts, etc. But, it's getting better and better. I already received some comments from NS users that say that it's a little bit better with the latest version of NS. The perfect world would be to have one browser or all browser to work the same.
