I'm new to VFP, (just a few months), but have been programming for longer than I really care to talk about; and need a "quick start" on HTML Help.

I've written a few small apps in VFP 6.0, (and now in 7.0); but haven't tackled online help yet. Can anyone point me in a direction that would get me functional quickly?
