HTML in the body is dependent also on what version of mail you are running. We have Outlook 98 here and HTML in the body of the email does not work. But Outlook 2000 it works OK. There is a flag that has to be set I would imaging that tells mail that this in not text but HTML. I dont know what that is in Mapi, but I could tell you what it is in Cold Fusion, which is what we use.
