Yes you can. All VFP5-specific changes are listed in the "Making Changes for Visual FoxPro 5.0" section.

That's odd! ABizness.vcx should contain the following classes:

CompactDiscObj
CustomerObj
InvoiceObj
MarkInvoiceObj
MusicianObj
PurchaseObj

You may want to recopy ABizness.vcx again from your CD. Remember to change the "Read-Only" flags!
