I was wondering, is it possible:

- can a column in a grid be frozen ?
Say i have a grid with 20 columns, where only the first 12 are vissible on the form. Can the leftmost column be frozen, so that when one scolls to the right, the leftmost column remains vissible ?

- during inputting data on an form, it is possible to select (highlight) the entered data of a field when it gets the focus ?
I gues it can be done by putting some code in the 'gotfocus' and 'lostfocus' methods, but i think it is not the most suitable way to do it.
