You are wandering way off topic again. Although Tamar and Dragan have responded pretty much in line with my thoughts, my point was that the educators/administrators are clearly breaking the law, and setting a remarkably poor example for the students by doing so. Instead of addressing this issue, you have tried to ignore it.
