How about a "Get a Life" campaign for whiney people?
I'm sure there are support groups available.
People can confide to Ken Levy, and we could provide his email address free of charge.
If folks STILL insist on writing whiney messages, anyone would be allowed to assign negative points to the whole bloomin' message.
I'm not opposed to people saying negative things, mind you. The stronger and better founded, the better. It's just this "victimization" thing that some fall into.
