I have small, do nothing app, that has a form with a grid on it. I have the database file in the development directory. I BUILT the app (one form) into an EXE. I ran the setup wizard and made the setup files. I ran the setup and installed the app. When I run the app, the form flashes (with data) and immediately flashes off and the app ends.

I can't figure out what is causing this. My prg has:

*** setup variables

do form invedit
read events



my form has a load method that sets a couple global variables. It also has a grid with no specialized methods. I can run it, no problem in the form builder. Works like a champ.

Really simple and plain and I can't figure out what is going on. Suggestions?
