It's part of home()+'gallery\_webview.vcx' and named _webbrowser4 (also there is 3).
You can find it in Tools\Component gallery\Visual Foxpro Catalog\Foundation Classes\Internet.

Solution.app is in _samples+'solution' where _samples points to VFP samples directory (probably \Program files\Visual studio\MSDN\..\1033\samples\vfp98\Solution\solution.app). I'm not sure if it installs if you don't install MSDN.
