You can try use "ODBC Date source" into Control Panel, where you have to remove flag "Fetch data in background". I couldn't do it pragramatically - only through Control Panel.

After it you have to change little bit code in Your ASP application for refer on to this date source.

I have this problem, and had fixed only by this way.
