Hi!
If your form is AlwaysOnTop=.T. and is a top-level form, you will not see tool tips. Tool tips are also top-level windows window. When you form is "Always On Top", it will be shown by Windows above the tool tip window because your form created later than a tool tip window.
You can solve this and many other things by using Fancy ToolTip control that is in the downloads section on thei site.
