It doesn't < g >. But it does solve the user-surly behavior of having to shift-click to select multiple entries.

Personally, I think have to do multiple selection from a list that big is going to be a PITA no matter how you slice it. Even with a mover list, it is going to be nasty trying to navigate around in the source list even though incremental search makes that task a little easier.

If we know what it was that Mark was trying to accomplish here, maybe we could give him a better solution. Maybe a mechanism by which he could filter the list from which the user selects, making it a bit more manageable.
